PAYMENT OPTIONS

PayPal keeps your payment information secure. My shop never receive your credit card information.

DOWNLOADS

File delivery: Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed.

SHIPPING

Processing Time: The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

Shipping Information: You can find estimated shipping times in the product title, description, or your order receipt. Orders will NOT be shipped during weekends, holidays, or shop vacations. If your order needs to arrive by a certain date, please contact me.

  • Orders with SEVERAL ITEMS will be sent when all items are ready, UNLESS you email me asking me to ship items separately as they are ready.
  • READY-TO-SHIP ITEMS will usually be sent out within 1-3 business days after receipt of payment.
  • MADE-TO-ORDER, CUSTOM ORDERED,  or PERSONALIZED ITEMS may take 12 business days to several weeks depending on the item or the size.
  • INTERNATIONAL ORDERS may be delayed by customs up to 6 weeks. I’m not responsible for delays to delivery due to customs.

Default Shipping Speed and Service: I ship USPS First-Class Mail® Parcel (2-5 days) in a package that is size appropriate.

Shipping Speed Upgrade and Insurance: Upgraded shipping speeds and insurance are available upon request.

International Shipping: I do provide international shipping services. Please respect that I cannot declare your custom forms as a “gift” and/or state that the package is worth less than it is. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

I also ask that international customers be patient when it comes to the arrival of their goods. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs. It can take up to a month to receive your package from Stephannie Beman’s Shop if it’s being shipped abroad.

Regarding USPS custom numbers: It is normal for international packages to appear to have stopped being updated on the customs number when they leave the USA. This is due to the fact that once the package leaves the USA it gets transferred to your local postal service and is no longer scanned using USPS’s technology. Do not worry if this happens to your customs number. If you are concerned about the time it is taking please contact your country’s postal service for more information.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Please make sure that I’m shipping your order to a secure location. Once I drop off your package at the post office, I have no control over the delivery speed. It is in USPS’s hands. If you fear your package is lost please contact USPS. I am unable to open any USPS cases for you, that is the buyers responsibly. You may contact me for assistance, but I am not responsible for the lost merchandise. If you did not purchase insurance I cannot replace your items.

If your parcel is returned to me, I will re-send it to you and pay the shipping myself. I apologize in advance for any inconvenience.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations. Please:
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

Damaged Orders: If your order arrived damaged, please send a note with photos to me so I can look before deciding on a refund or sending you a new product (or one of similar value that you choose from my in-stock items).

How to Return or Exchange an Item: Please contact me for the reasons behind the return/exchange so I can decide to either: refund the price of the item or exchange the item or 1 of similar value that you choose from my in-stock items.

  • All items must be returned in the original packaging.  You are responsible for packing items securely & safely. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
  • All items must be shipped back to me within 30 days of delivery before any return/exchange can take place. After 30 days I can’t offer you a refund/exchange.
  • Used, customized, or personalized items can’t be exchanged/refunded.
  • Sale items & craft supplies cannot be returned.
  • All return shipping costs are non-refundable & the responsibility of the customer.

ADDRESS CHANGES

If you accidentally entered the wrong address when filling out your transaction do not panic! Please contact me to let me know you need the shipping address to be changed. Please make sure I get back to you confirming that I received the change.

SALES TAX

Wyoming residents will be charged the applicable county’s tax rate upon checkout.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Stephannie Beman’s Shop accepts most custom orders and personalization and large gift packages. Please email me for a personalized quote.

Custom orders are not returnable/exchangeable unless otherwise stated in the listing description. Custom orders may have a non-refundable supply fee noted in the listing.
