I love hearing customers, but before you email me, please check to see if your question has already been answered. I get a lot of the same questions, and I’ve put the answers in one easy-to-find-the-answers place!

Q: What format do your printables and patterns come in?

All printable Planners and Patterns are in PDF format.

Q: I have not gotten my digital download, what can I do?

If you have not received your PDF patterns within 24 hours of receipt, please first check your spam and trash email folders, as it was most likely misdirected. You might also want to check the address you used to pay for it is correct. If you checked all of the above and still did not receive your order, please contact me ASAP!

Q: Can I sell items I created from your patterns?

You may use them for personal use, or a small scale, such as a home business. If you do use these patterns to create items to sell, I request that you please link my shop in your sales listings, giving me credit for the design. However, products from my patterns may not be mass produced outside of the home on a commercial scale.

If you have any questions about my patterns, don’t hesitate to contact me and I’ll be happy to answer them!

Images from my shop and in my patterns are the property of Stephannie Beman’s Shop. While you are welcome to sell items you make from my patterns, please do not use my pictures to promote your products. I ask that you please use your own photography.

Q: My order is a gift. Can you include a message with the parcel?

Definitely! Include your message in the notes during checkout and I’ll put it on a card for you.

Q: My product was faulty, what can I do about it?

If your product is faulty or has arrived damaged, please contact me with details of the fault and supporting images. I will get back to you as soon as possible with details of how to proceed.

Q: I need to return or exchange an item, how do I go about it?

Products that have been used are not refundable. Your item must be returned in the original unopened packaging and shipped back to me within 30 days of delivery for a return/exchange. After 30 days, I can’t offer you a refund/exchange.

For returns, I will refund the cost of the item only. Any and all shipping charges are non-refundable in the event of a return/exchange. For exchanges, you’ll have to pay new shipping costs (not item price). All shipping costs associated with the exchanging or returning of products is the responsibility of the customer. I recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance as I cannot be held responsible for missing parcels. Contact me for more information.

Q: My package was stolen or lost, will you replace it?

Please make sure that I’m shipping your order to a secure location. I’m not responsible for stolen parcels. If you believe the item got lost during shipment, please contact the post office with your tracking number. If your parcel is returned to me, I will absolutely re-send it to you and pay the shipping myself. I apologize in advance for any inconvenience.

Q: Do you have care instructions?

Yes, you can find them in your order. If they are lost, message me.
