Returns & Exchanges

We are a small mama & her kids run handmade shop and we will do our best to make sure you are happy! If you are unhappy or have an issue with the item you purchased, please contact us before shipping the item back to us for shipping instructions.

Returns must be shipped back to me within 30 days of delivery. They must be in brand new condition (not washed, worn, damaged, etc.) with all original packaging and tags. 

A refund will only be issued after the item is received and inspected. Damaged items will not be accepted for a return. After 30 days I cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. We are not responsible for return shipping costs. Be sure to obtain delivery confirmation on your package for tracking purposes. Insurance is also highly recommended as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Exchanges may be subject to additional shipping costs.

I cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on the following items, unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Custom orders or personalized orders
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

Damaged or Defective Items

Stephannie Beman’s Shop is proud to offer high quality products for you and your home. We guarantee the quality of your order as all our products are handmade with love and inspected as it leaves our home for yours to ensure the best quality.  If for some reason you have a quality issues with your products, please contact us right away!

If your order arrived damaged, we need an email from you with pictures of the damaged product before we decide on creating a new product or issuing a refund.
