Before completing your order, please read my terms of service (opens in a new window) and be aware that:
- My business days are Tuesdays – Thursdays. These are the days I’ve reserved for organizing client projects, sending invoices, writing project proposals, and designing covers. If you want to talk to me on the phone, I will schedule phone calls ahead of time, otherwise you might catch me when I am not at my office.
- I do not work on cover designs Friday through Monday, or Holidays (US). So if you email me during this time and I don’t answer, that is why. I will answer your emails when I return to work.
- I have a crazy schedule due to my family, the ranch, my writing, and client work which has forced me to keep a running list of design projects and I will give you a rough start date as it works with my current design and publishing calendar. This also means, if I finish a project earlier than planned and I have all your information and the pre-payments are made, I will start your project next; otherwise, I’ll pass your project over for the next person on my list. If you can’t handle this, don’t hire me. I will not be rushed through a cover design.
Please be respectful to others and have everything ready and sent to me ahead of time, otherwise I will move on to the next project on my list so I don’t encroach upon their time.

After completing the form below and upon my review, I will send you a confirmation email of when I can start and an itemized PayPal Invoice for tax and reference purposes. A 50% deposit is required in advance, with the balance to be paid on final approval. You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay the invoice.
